Bryn's 3 Christmas celebrations :)
We had a wonderful Christmas at home this year. My parents were able to come for a short visit before Christmas. We baked cookies with the kids, cooked a nice dinner and had fun opening gifts. The kids were spoiled rotten and were truly in heaven! Everything they received was a big hit. We had Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with just our family of 5. The boys were so excited for Santa and it was just magical for them. Great memories were made as Cory and I watched them look out the window trying to see Santa's sleigh and jumping up and down with excitement. They went to bed that night leaving cookies and milk for Santa, wearing Christmas jammies and staying in their beds all night not wanting to walk in on Santa delivering gifts. Cory then had fun setting up the electric train and train table while I got some snuggle time in with Bryn. They were so excited on Christmas morning to open gifts from Santa. Cory and I had a blast watching them too! We went to church together and ate lunch at home. Then, that night the Showalter crew came (Gma, Gpa, Granny, Tim and Jon) and the fun began again! They brought enough food for an army (we were SO appreciative of that), gifts galore and of course lots of energy. We had so much fun opening presents (again) on the 26th, having meals together and playing games. Eli even got to stay the night in the hotel with Grandma and Grandpa, which was a huge deal to him! He had so much fun and undoubtedly will be talking about it for a long time. Thank you to all of our family for coming to KY to celebrate Christmas with us! We love you all.
