Happy 2nd Birthday to Bryn Marie! We can't believe that our sweet girl is 2 now. AND is a big sister and middle child! It just seemed like she was going to be our baby girl forever.
At 2 years old, Bryn is sooo much fun (one of my favorite ages). She is very sweet, observant, funny, strong-willed and smart. She knows what she wants and when she has her mind set on something, she will freak out if she doesn't get to follow through with her plans! She loves her big bubbies, Eli and Evan, and misses them when they are in school. Bryn is extremely verbal and can carry on a conversation with anyone and loves to sing songs all day long. I could write a novel describing her!
Since Bryn's actual birthday couldn't be celebrated because of the scheduled C-section, we braved a party for her on the evening of Nov 29th (just about 12 hrs before baby Lila was welcomed to the world)! I know, a little crazy and ambitious, but it actually turned out great. Everyone was coming to town anyways, and we wanted to have a special celebration for Bryn so that she wouldn't be overshadowed by her baby sister's birth. As always, we just stuck to a family celebration at home. Bryn had a great time and received lots of attention, love and wonderful birthday gifts! Thank you to all of our family who helped give Bryn a special birthday!
