I'm very late posting these, but about a month ago Cory got to participate in one of the coolest events in his life (his words). He got to play bball in the original gym where the movie Hoosiers was filmed in Knightstown, IN. It was very neat to have watched that movie a million times and to walk in to the actual gym with most everything original and preserved. The Emergency Dept had the gym reserved and the current ED residents played a game against the staff ED docs, which now includes Cory! To top off a cool day, one of the ED docs is a former IU basketball player- Brian Sloan. So, Cory got to play with Sloan on his team (3rd from the bottom pic below). The kids obviously didn't understand the significance of the location, but they had fun watching their daddy play awesome basketball.
