We were planning on going to Bloomington and Brown County for the weekend, but because of Homecoming the hotels were booked. So, we went to Bloomington just for a day trip on Friday and met Memaw and Pepaw there. We had a very nice visit! We walked around campus, went to Cory's fraternity Sigma Chi (Cory is hoping his boys will be 'legacies' there), we did a little shopping, went to Yogi's for lunch, and visited the new Cook Hall, home of the IU Hoosiers practice basketball courts. We actually got to see Calbert Cheney entering the building and saw about 9 players leaving! Pepaw brought a surprise for the boys that he got from work- two motorized mini motorcycles. Wow, Evan and Eli were SO excited and giggled their heads off riding them. Eli has been obsessed and has been riding his motorcycle around the house nonstop. Evan is a little young still and will attempt to drive it, but crashes into something every time or puts himself in reverse. It is pretty funny! We were happy to have my mom and dad meet us there; it had been a long time since we saw them last. Evan now says Pepaw and Memaw all the time! FYI, he is a talking machine these days. :)

I had to add this because it is just hilarious, we got a good laugh out of it. It was actually a t-shirt hanging in the window of a store on campus. Classy t-shirt, huh? The rivalry is pretty fierce!
